Competition Prints
Work Print
By ordering a work print you are able to see the printing of your competition print, but without the end cost. Work prints are watermarked with WORKPRINT across the image.
Self Service
Self Service allows the studio to control all the processing, including retouching and print density. No corrections or adjustments will be made by ACI, and prints are not viewed under competition spotlights.
Full Service
With a Full Service order, ACI will perform the color and density adjustments to your prints. The prints will be reviewed under competition spotlights to ensure proper density. Full Service Competition Prints also includes a color corrected CD of your image to order your final print from.
When ordering your Competition Print, choose from 2 paper options: F-surface and Metallic. F-surface is the standard paper type of the industry and has the blackest of blacks. We do not recommend ordering Spray on a high gloss F-surface print. The second paper type, Metallic Photo Paper, gives images a vibrant and unique look that is sure to stand out. Prints can also be mounted on Sintra, a plastic type mount that is black all the way through and will not warp. Sintra is much harder than foam boards, making it far more difficult for the mounted print to get scratched or dented. The Sintra mount does meet PPA standards for competition prints.
Competition prints are not valid with any specials.
