- Online System: ROES for Web is a convenient online ordering system that allows you to place orders without the need to download any software.

- Quick: While ROES for Web offers a streamlined and efficient ordering process, it does not have the full range of features available the desktop verison of ROES. It is ideal for quick and straightforward orders that do not require extensive customization.

Shipping to Canada and Outside Contiguous US?
“Canada and outside the contiguous U.S. customers will order through the FLEX software. Please select the appropriate shipping option in the Checkout screen. Customers are required to pay actual shipping costs and it will be added to their total at invoicing.
ACI’s default shipping method to these locations – Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc., is UPS Worldwide Expedited. The delivery time for this air service is usually 2-3 business days. Customers can also request UPS Standard Ground method in the Special Instructions field. This method for ground usually takes between 3-7 days. Note these times differ during peak seasons.
Please note for Canada customers:
$40 CAD is the “free entry” for all shipments and all services to Canada (both ground and air).
Example: If you ship something $40 CAD or less using UPS Standard Ground to Canada, the receiver will not be billed anything at delivery. Same for UPS Worldwide Expedited, the receiver will not be billed anything at delivery.
If you ship something OVER $40 CAD, there will be will additional fees at delivery depending on method chosen.
Example: If you ship something MORE than $40 CAD using UPS Standard Ground, there will be a broker/entry prep fee PLUS tax due at delivery. If you ship something MORE than $40 CAD using UPS Worldwide Expedited, there will only be a tax charge due at delivery from the recipient.”
