How do I hang my metal print with a metal hanging block?
On the back, you’ll notice the notches in the mounting, use those as guides to put your nails in the wall and then hang you Metal Prints using the nails.
What is the difference between the white base & natural metallic base?
On the natural metallic base, anything light or white will look like metal. On the white base, the metal has a white base, so anything light will look white.
Why does my metal have tiny bumps on it?
Images for metal prints are sublimated to aluminum panels that have a special coating applied. Due to the nature of this coating, there can sometimes be minor surface imperfections – such as small bumps or tiny bubbles. ACI carefully inspects all panels for imperfections. If there are any surface problems, the image is placed on the panel so the imperfection is as inconspicuous as possible. These minor surface problems are a part of the product. Metal prints are not remade unless the surface problem is in a very noticeable part of the image.
