Order Policy

Cut-Off Time: Orders received after 1 PM CST are processed on the next business day. We may occasionally process orders received after the cut-off on the same day, but this is not guaranteed.

Account Setup: Set up an account with us to begin your ordering process. After registration, you will receive an account kit by mail containing essential ACI materials. Many of these materials are also available for download on our website.

Exposure of Negatives/Digital Files: Negatives or digital files that are over or underexposed may experience a color shift, and accurate color correction might not be achievable.

Order Questions: We strive to identify and resolve ordering issues proactively. Orders with specific queries outlined in the special instructions will be held from production until all issues are clarified, potentially extending lab time. Monitor your orders through the My Account section on our website.

Types of Accounts & Payment Terms: Credit Card Accounts: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER without additional fees. Update your credit card information here.

Remakes: We commit to correcting any errors we make on your orders. For damages during shipping, learn about our procedure with UPS.

Minimum Charge: A minimum fee of $15.00 applies to each order, including those returned for additional services.

Color Matching (Mail and UPS orders only): To request color matching, include a note stating “COLOR MATCH TO SAMPLE” with your sample and send it to:

Copyright: By submitting materials to American Color Imaging, you confirm ownership or appropriate licensing and agree to provide a written release upon request.

Liability & Warranty Exclusion: We prioritize the safeguarding of your materials. However, submitting items for processing or handling signifies agreement that any loss or damage, even due to our negligence, will only entitle you to a like amount of unexposed media. We exclude liability for any further loss, damage, or delay, whether the materials are in our plant or in transit. Accepting our services constitutes an agreement to these terms, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and excludes recovery for incidental or consequential damages.
